Lead Teacher

This is a full-time salaried position. We are seeking dynamic, dedicated educators for our preschool classroom serving children ages 30 months to 4 years. This is a 40-hour per week position, with the option to choose one of the following schedules:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

10-day paid winter break
Performance-based bonus each semester (eligible after first 90 days of employment)
On-the-job training in project-based learning curriculum

Assistant Teacher

This is a full-time salaried position. The Assistant Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in delivering high-quality, developmentally appropriate instruction.

We are seeking caring, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our preschool classroom serving children ages 30 months to 4 years. This is a 40-hour per weekrole, with the option to select one of the following schedules:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

On-the-job training in project-based learning practices and classroom support strategies

Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
Support project-based learning experiences and hands-on exploration
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children
Help with classroom organization, materials preparation, and supervision
Model positive interactions, empathy, and respect
